Patient, jargon-free lessons for real life — computers, tablets, phones, email, and the everyday apps you actually use. Come to our Stony Plain shop, or we'll come to you. No question is too basic; that's the whole point.
Half our standard service rate — on purpose. We believe tech confidence should be within reach for everyone in our community, so lessons are priced to be accessible, not to pad a bill.
Same patient teaching, whichever fits your life.
One-on-one at our Stony Plain storefront. One-hour minimum, then billed per half-hour. Bring your own device or learn on ours.
We come to you — learn on your own setup. Same lessons, in your own home on your own equipment — ideal if getting out is hard.
Seniors (65+) and first responders each save 10%. One discount per session — whichever applies to you.
Every session is tailored to you and how you learn. These are the things folks ask for most, from finding-your-confidence basics to getting real work done.
Yes — one-on-one tech tutoring is one of our newest services. We teach computers, tablets, phones, email, and the everyday programs you actually use, at a patient, no-jargon pace. No question is too basic — helping people feel confident with their technology is the whole point.
Whichever suits you. In-Shop lessons take place at our Stony Plain storefront. Prefer to learn on your own setup, or find it hard to get out? We also offer In-Home tutoring where we come to you — a standard service-call fee applies for travel within our service area.
Lessons are $60 per hour — deliberately about half our standard service rate, because we believe tech confidence should be within reach for everyone in our community. Seniors (65+) and first responders each save 10% ($54/hr; one discount per session). There's a one-hour minimum, then we bill per half-hour. In-Home lessons add our standard service-call fee.
Whatever you'd like to learn — every session is built around your goal. Popular topics include the basics of computers, tablets and phones; email, texting and video calls with family; spotting scams and staying safe online; Microsoft Word and Excel; the rest of Office and Google's apps; and setting up a new device. Small-business owners can get up to speed on Microsoft 365 and Excel too.
Absolutely — it's one of the things we're proudest to offer. Our most-requested lessons are everyday confidence and online safety: avoiding scam calls and phishing, safe passwords, and safe online banking. We go at your pace, never make you feel rushed, and seniors 65+ save 10%.
You can bring your own device or learn on ours — using your own is often best, so what you learn carries straight home with you. Booking ahead is recommended so we can set aside dedicated one-on-one time; call or text 587-257-5595 to arrange a session. In-Home lessons are always by appointment.
Tell us what you'd like to learn and we'll match you with the right person. Walk in, call, or book a session.
