If you’ve forgotten or lost the password to your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or cellular phone- we can help! Our technicians can remove passwords from most digital devices.* If we can’t remove or reset your password due to extraneous circumstances, chances are that data extraction of your images, documents and other information may still be possible, at which point we can back your data up and reset/restore your device to it’s original factory settings.

Same-day service is available for most cases. Rush fee is an additional $25 and will ensure that your device is the next one worked on in our priority service queue.
