Basic diagnosis will include an examination of the physical condition of your laptop, desktop pc, tablet or phone as well as basic review of hardware components and software to determine the cause of the issue. We will provide rapid expert analysis and offer next-steps to solutions to get you back on track.

Basic Diagnosis: FREE

Advanced Diagnosis: $40*

*Advanced Diagnosis includes internal laptop and computer investigation into hardware errors and includes thermal paste application for desktops, RAM and storage testing, PSU/battery testing and physical cleanup.

SERVICE OPTIONS INCLUDED

  • Troubleshoot your computer to determine the exact cause and nature of the errors or issues occurring.

  • Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer.

  • Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.) using available tools.

  • Apply system tweaks and modifications to ensure optimum operability.

  • Perform operating system critical updates.

  • Test operating system for proper functionality.

  • Provide you with an estimated cost for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution.

  • Archive up to 9GB of your data to external hard drive

** One-time $25 trip fee applies to anywhere in Spruce Grove & Stony Plain. $50 one-time trip fee applies to anywhere outside of that jurisdiction.
